Dear members, 

We are proud to announce that some of you have registered a joint ticket for integrating a new committee for the period 2011-2012.

The election will follow the below detail procedure: 

The vote can be exercise in person:

Wednesday 20^th April at the Zone (Students’ Union) from 11am to 2pm,

Or via e-mail: The votes will be received from Friday 15^th April until Wednesday 20^th April at 1:30pm.  

To do so, just reply to this e-mail account, the subject should be “VOTE”. Please state “YES” if you wish to support the committee or “NO” if you disagree. 

Only one vote per member will be accepted. The electronic votes won’t be open until the polling stations (in person and online) are close.

The final counting will take place at 2pm on Wednesday 20^th April at the Students’ Union. The outgoing Committee will count the votes. The results will be announced on Wednesday 20^th by 5pm.

For you to cast an inform vote, please find the candidates' profiles and their work proposals attached.

If you are interested in participating within the committee for the next year, you will be able to join them if they become officially elected.
